Ammon spent a few days in Moab this past week. It was raining and cold. They biked over 100 miles. Ammon said his feet were so cold he couldn't feel them and his knees hurt so bad that he could hardly walk. Ammon used a garbage bad for a rain coat. Sounds like a lot of fun! I wish I could have gone. (not!) More pictures to come!

They don't look like a real happy bunch. Too bad the weather didn't cooperate -- but 100 miles in Moab is a long way no matter what.
Rain, Snow, Hail, or Gloom of Night. I would have loved to have been able to take that little bike trek. Utah's Red Rock Country is so beautiful. Glad he made it home to something even more beautiful, his family.
I bet that "Slick Rock" was especially slick for them! Sounds like a good time though. No pain, no gain!
