Ammon went on a 15 mile ride this morning up Richards Hollow with his friends. He was wanting to include us on a ride, so he took us up to Stokes Nature Center in Logan Canyon for an easier trail for the kids after he got back. It was great to get out in nature and the kids had a great time. Ada, Avery and I stopped a couple miles up the trail and played in the water as Ammon and Addison went up further on a steeper climb. Ammon got in 22 miles today. We had a wonderful time. Thanks daddy for including us. We love you
