Ammon and I expanded on our usual "Date Night" We headed up to Green Canyon for a Mountain Bike Ride. It was fun. I am definitely a wimp. My legs had to work harder than they have for a while to get up some of the rocky hills. I did it though and the return down was worth it. We had fun coasting and hitting some jumps as we went back down the path. I hope to go on a lot of rides with Ammon. I slow him down for sure, but when it's just the two of us, I don't think that he minds.
Our Ride was followed up by the typical married couple date; a visit to Sam's Club and then a quick bite to eat at Juniper. We were styin with our biking attire and matted down hair from our helmets. It's a good thing I don't need to impress anyone. Ammon is stuck with me regardless of how I look.

So glad you can do things like this. It's good for both of you, especially if you are careful. There are lots of beautiful rides right near by. How lucky can we be?

What a fun date idea! Rocky and I have been taking advantage of having afternoon church by going on Sunday morning bike rides. It has been a little cold but it is so beautiful and peaceful.
