I am already seeing sure signs of getting old and I don't like it, but it's just how it is... that's what we do....we get older.
The other day at school I had and IEP with Avery's teacher and she told me that she always has to keep at least one child back for another year of fourth grade and wondered if it was okay to keep him. I quickly replied ..."sure, anything to help them slow down." They are growing up way to fast and it is getting harder and harder to see the little kid things slowly change. We are really becoming a big kid house. With a teenager leading the way. We had a chance to see what the kids would look like by progressing their ages to "old" people. I didn't do it because I feel like I look like that even before. It was funny to see how they looked with the wrinkles and sun damage on them, only because I know that it is not for real.

I no longer have to wonder. I just look in the mirror, or rather not look in the mirror.
