The month of February is the birthday of Cub Scouting.
We hold a Blue and Gold Banquet to Celebrate!
This year we had a nice meal (Hamburgers...that Ammon grilled outside for me in the snow) and played a few games. One of which was a cake walk. I asked each boy to bring a cake to donate. They loved it when their number was called out and they got to pick their favorite cake on the table. There were some good choices. They were all creative and delicious.
I was very impressed with their behavior as a cake they had been eyeing had been taken. They were such good sports and were happy to go home with any of them.
Another Pack Night done.... on to the next!
