Not my Kind of Camping

In search of a good location for a Priest overnighter, Ammon and Addison went up Logan Canyon to an abandoned Mine that a friend of ours "modified". This Mine is quite small. Our friend hauled in cement and covered the dirt floor and also brought in a stove for heat that is piped out the entrance. The door was covered completely by the snow. They found their spot and had to dig the snow out to even get the door to open. Once inside, it is quite cozy. I would never like this kind of camping. I would feel so claustrophobic. It must be a guy thing to get excited about this kind of roughing it. Ammon is still deciding if it will work. There may not be room for all the Priests- unless the do the sardine thing! Regardless, it is still a neat hidden place.

Looks like a fun place to make memories. Even the sardine thing wont be all that bad. Maybe next time Alison, you might just like it.

Love you all and always,

Grandpa Bart

Your welcome to use my cabin or should I say hole in the hill hotel, any time you want. We might have to start taking reservation, shoot just last fall my friend proposed there, getting popular. . . Maybe I should open it up for some type of anniversery inn.
