Addison is once again on the MC Cross Country Team. He has been FAITHFULLY training all summer and it is really paying off. This race was in the extreme heat of day and on hot asphalt, so it was a bit of a change from 6:00 morning runs. Nevertheless, he did AWESOME!!!! He came in 8th out of all the boys at a time of 19:23. He is really becoming an awesome little runner. We are so proud of his hard work and dedication to become better each race. He has a race on the 27th in American Fork to start of the school year. We Love our Runner!

Good for kids and I suppose grown ups too. The day comes way to soon when running is next to impossible. I'm just grateful I can still walk.
