Back to School Today for my boys. This year has been a bit of an emotional one for me. All of my kids are going to new schools which means new friends, new teachers and just learning the new school itself. Avery and Ada will be attending Mountainside Elementary in Mendon. It is brand new, still under construction but is a model school for our whole district. It is awesome. I will post pictures when it is all done. Addison is now going to Willow Valley in Wellsville. He will be there for only this year and then off to Hyrum and South Cache. Ada starts Kindergarten this year. This will be a tough one. She's my baby and I will miss being with her all day. Next year will be even worse. What am I to do? Keep busy, I guess. I plan on spending many hours in the schools volunteering, PTA, etc. Next year, I plan on going back to school myself.

Going back to school? Good for you -- you'll love that type of learning again.
I was hoping to go some this year, but with Ada having afternoon Kindergarten and Addison coming home around 2:25- that doesn't leave me much of a window- so next year I will have most of the day to go. I have been looking into possible online classes too! We'll see!

way we can. WE MEAN IT!!. You will
be busy going to the kids different
schools. I remember going to parent
teacher conferences to three different schools in one day and night. I hope Avery is alright from
the bee sting.

The beginning of the school year is always filled with mixed emotions. I think the summer goes by way to fast. Hope your kids had a great first day (besides the bee sting-he'll probably always remember the first day of 2nd grade). That's exciting about you going back to school, you'll do great!
