Avery and the rest of the second graders had another field trip today. I took the day off from work and volunteered myself to join them ( any chance I can get to be with my kids!). My friend Jenn and a new friend Kim drove with me to Ogden to the Dinosaur Park there. We had a great time. The weather was great and the kids were well behaved (well managed) . I think that the teachers were probably appreciative to have the moms there. They hadn't planned on any help because there was NO ROOM ON THE BUS. Those poor kids were cramped in like sardines. Many had to sit four to a seat since four classes rode on one bus.

t looks like all of you had a good time. I'm sure the teachers appreciated the Mothers showing up and the kids probably did too. That day will eventually end, at least for a while. Enjoy them while you have them close and while they are still young. I'm not sure that bus would have passed a safety inspection. Glad all went well.
