Cub Scout Day Camp

Avery and myself headed with our Pack to Camp Fife today for a day full of scouting activities. The rain was a coming down most of the time. The staff did their best to manage 200 people inside the lodge, but it did get a bit coatic at times. We all rotated through stations outside as the weather let up. Thank goodness for my umbrella.

Pack 394 from the Spring Creek Ward

Sister Alison Daugs, Chase Anderson, Daniel Alliman, Alex Crockett, Kolby Sorensen,
Avery Daugs, Elias Olsen, Kayden Hugie, Kyler Sorensen,
Sister Angie Sorensen

The boys were kept busy putting together crafts and also entering a huge Planetarium to learn about the solar system and consolations.
Some outside activities included Archery, BB Gun Shooting( Avery hit the can 4/5),

Rock Climbing and Zip Lines.

Some of my greatest memories as a scout were of rainy nights and soggy tents in the mountains with friends and leaders who cared and didn't complain.

Love you all and always,

Grandpa Bart

Looks like you had a great day even if it did rain. You look darn cute in your scout shirt.
