Ammon and Addison spent another night laying in the snow. I think that they usually fair better than most of the others. Ammon rigged up a collapsable roof that he made out of doors and wood scraps. They hinged together and layed flat until ready for use. Addison has his dad's mind (thank goodness) He came up with the idea to make a bike with skies. We hit the DI for all the parts, bike, old skies, and he went to work on it. He said that it worked great and all the boys had a great time taking turns giving it a try. I am glad that they are home safe and warm. I am also glad that it was them, not me.

It looks like they slept as comforably as can be expected an dhad a good time. The ski-bike looks like it worked really well. We are glad no one was hurt or forzen.
Love you all and always
I'm sure every boy scout wishes he had a roof like that one for snow caving. And it looks like we have a new possible Olympic sport!
That skike is a hoot! Nice work Addison
Way to go! I used to honestly enjoy the winter camps the most. I'm to old now to enjoy them like I used to.
