PACK NIGHT- CITIZENSHIP NIGHT

Another Pack Night over and done. I always stress over my Pack Nights. Being in charge, I want it to run smooth and for everyone to have fun! I always feel like it isn't organized and ready enough, but when the evening is over, I feel like it ran great and I did an okay job. Tonight, the theme was Citizenship. I wanted to demonstrate "one" way that we as citizens can serve our country so, I dressed in Addison's Civil Air Patrol uniform to dress the part. I probably embarrassed my kids, but I think that it went over well. We played a Jeopardy game that I made up about our country, our rights and general facts about our country that we should know. It was a lot of fun. We had many awards given including two Arrow of Lights (Twins). Thankfully my awesome brothers came through and got me the arrows that I needed, just in time. ( Thanks Philip and Jason) . I am glad that we have December out of the way and now I can focus on January's Pine Wood Derby!!

I'm so proud of my sweet daughter. She always gives 110% in everything she does. You know what a role Scouting has played in our family, and it's great to see you involved as you are. Tell the Bishop you want to go to Wood Badge this summer. The boys are indeed fortunate to have you in their lives.

Love you all and always,

Grandpa Bart

You always do a great job, no matter what you do. Those boys are
lucky to have you as their leader.
I know you stress out unfortunately
just like me which I know you hate,
but you always come through just'like your brothers do for you,
they love their sister just as I
love my daughter.

Love ya Mom
